First, want to give a huge shoutout to Lexi and Sam they are managers here at the downtown location. I had a big event Saturday May 3rd; I placed a big order for over 200 chicken tenders, bread, sauces, and fries! Everything was hot fresh, and they did not forget anything! The professionalism was awesome, even working with the young lady Saturday for my order pick up she was prompt, nice, and accommodating. I can tell this establishment is ran well, and wanted to take the time to leave a comment about how pleased I was with the service. Thanks again!!

This merchandise is the best food net I have ever tasted. My favorite is the box combo. Usually, pick it up at the counter but they were so kind for bringing it out to our table. The canes sauce is so good and secret. I usually get two. The coleslaw is great and I eat it with the fork where I get it by the straw. Lemonade without ice is my favorite drink from them. The price is pretty affordable.

I love that there’s a mobile order option but can you please make it where canes customers have a designated parking spot so it's easier to run in & grab my meal please & thank you! (As finding parking downtown can be difficult). I will say, it was quick and easy to order online and my food was complete by the time I arrived and I appreciate that! On the last note, (I believe it was a female manager) she addressed me by name when I was in the store & after calling about a mistake on my order that she fixed. (I didn't receive fries with my combo). She was very polite both times & I truly appreciate her and her great customer service. So, thank you!

This was the first time I had had the opportunity to eat at a Raising Cane's in 15 years, and it did not disappoint! The best chicken fingers in the nation! This location needs more seating.

This place was AMAZING! The staff members are great I felt welcomed when I first came inside, the interior looks amazing, it’s not dirty at all, really great place! Really sets the mood! The food not only looks fanatic but tastes great! Overall a wonderful experience would recommend for people to come.
